INTEGRATION TO THE AGENDA OF THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING ON 1 JULY 2024

Marina di Carrara, Carrara, June 10th, 2024 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company"), global player in luxury yachting with the brands Admiral, Tecnomar, Perini Navi, Picchiotti, NCA Refit, and Celi 1920, announces that it has received today, from Shareholder GC Holding S.p.A., a request for the integration of the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting on 1 July 2024, pursuant to Article 126-bis of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/98. Following such request, the agenda of the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be integrated with the item concerning the confirmation of the director coopted, pursuant to Article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code, as Chair of the Board of Directors.

The explanatory report drafted by the Shareholder, as well as the documents related to the integration, have been made available to the public at the registered office in Marina di Carrara, Carrara (MS), Viale C. Colombo 4-bis, on the Company's website https://investor.theitalianseagroup.com/en, in the "Corporate Governance/Annual General Meeting" section, as well as the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage /it.
