THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP: PUBLICATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HELD ON JULY 1ST, 2024 AND BYLAWS

Marina di Carrara, Carrara, 15 July 2024 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company") announces that, in compliance with applicable regulation, it has made available to the public (i) the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 1 July 2024 and (ii) copy of the company's Bylaws, updated with the amendments approved in the aforementioned Shareholders' Meeting.

The documents are available at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (https://investor.theitalianseagroup.com/ in the "Corporate Governance/AGM" and "Corporate Governance/Documents, Policies, and Procedures" sections), as well as on the authorised storage mechanism eMarketStorage ().
