THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP:
NOTICE OF CALL OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR 27 APRIL 2023 AND PUBLICATION OF THE EXPLANATORY REPORTS
Marina di Carrara, 15 March 2023 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company"), global operator in luxury yachting, announces that, with reference to the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which will be convened in a single call on 27 April 2023, in compliance with the current law, on 18 March 2023 the following documents will be made available to the public at the registered offices, on the Company's website (https://investor.theitalianseagroup.com/en/corporate-governance/annual-generalmeeting/), as well as on the authorised storage system eMarketStorage ():
- Notice of Call of the Annual General Meeting.
- Board of Directors' Explanatory Report on proposals n. 3 and n. 4 on the AGM Agenda.
- Information on the Share Capital on the date of the notice of call of the Annual General Meeting.
- Proxy forms pursuant to art. 135-novies (TUF).
