THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP: PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON 27 APRIL 2023
Marina di Carrara, 18 March 2023 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company") announces that, in reference to the Company's Annual General Meeting, convened in a single call on 27 April 2023, in compliance with the current law, today have been made available to the public, on the Company's website (www.investor.theitalianseagroup.com), as well as on the storage mechanism eMarketStorage (), the following documents:
- Notice of Call of the Annual General Meeting.
- Board of Directors' Explanatory Reports on proposals n. 3 and n. 4 on the AGM Agenda.
The following documents are also available on the Company's website (www.investor.theitalianseagroup.com):
- Information on the Share Capital on the date of the notice of call of the Annual General Meeting.
- Proxy forms pursuant to articles 135-novies and 135-undecies of Italian Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, no. 58.
