THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP: PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON 27 APRIL 2023
Marina di Carrara, 28 March 2023 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company") announces that, in reference to the Company's Annual General Meeting, convened in a single call on 27 April 2023, in compliance with the current law, today have been made available to the public, on the Company's website (www.investor.theitalianseagroup.com), as well as on the storage mechanism eMarketStorage (), the following documents:
- Board of Director's Explanatory Report on proposal n. 1 on the AGM agenda;
- Board of Director's Explanatory Report on proposal n. 2 on the AGM agenda;
- Board of Director's Explanatory Report on proposal n. 5 on the AGM agenda, containing also the Information Document, drafted in accordance with art. 84-bis of Consob Regulation n. 11971 of 14 May 1999 as subsequently amended (the "Issuers Regulation") in compliance with Annex 3A of the Issuers Regulation itself.
