TISG: PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 29th 2022
Marina di Carrara, 30th March 2022 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or "the Company") announces that, with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company convened in a single call on April 29th, 2022, in compliance with applicable regulations, the following documents have been made available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.theitalianseagroup.com), as well as on the eMarket Storage mechanism ():
- Notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting;
- Explanatory report of the Board of Directors on proposals no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the Agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting;
- Explanatory report of the Board of Directors on proposal no. 5 on the Agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting (purchase and disposal of own shares pursuant to article 2357 of the Italian Civil Code).
On the Company website (www.theitalianseagroup.com), the following documents have also been made available:
- Information on the share capital as of the date of the notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting;
- Proxy forms pursuant to Article 135-novies (TUF).
