PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING ON APRIL 29TH, 2022

Marina di Carrara, April 7th, 2022 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company") announces that, with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company convened in a single call on April 29th, 2022, in compliance with the current law, today has made available to the public in the registered office, on the Company website (www.theitalianseagroup.com) as well as on the authorised storage mechanism eMarketStorage () the following documents:

• The Italian Sea Group's S.p.A. Annual Financial Report, including the Draft Financial Statement of December 31st, 2021, and the consolidated financial statements, accompanied by the Management Report, approved by the Board of Directors on 24 March 2022, as well as the certificate in compliance with Article 154-bis, paragraph 5 of the Legislative Decree n. 58 on February 24 1998 ("TUF") and the Reports prepared by the Auditing Firm and the Board of Statutory Auditors;
• The Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure;
• The Report on Remuneration Policy and Fees Paid, in compliance with Article 123 ter of the Legislative Decree n. 58 on 24 February 1998, as subsequently amended.
