Lead Manager Change

As previously announced within the Company's Half-Year Report to 31 October 2023, which was issued on 15 December 2023, the Directors of the Company confirm that Nish Patel has become the Lead Manager (on behalf of its appointed manager, Columbia Threadneedle Investment Business Limited) with effect from 1 May 2024.

Peter Ewins who has been the Lead Manager since August 2005 will retire from Columbia Threadneedle Investments in June 2024.
