Annual Financial Report & Notice of AGM

The Company announces that the 2019 Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 August 2019, incorporating the Notice convening the Company's 2020 Annual General Meeting, was published and posted to shareholders yesterday (23 December).

A copy of the Annual Report, together with the Notice of Meeting, can also be viewed on, and downloaded from, the Company's website at www.thecharacter.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 5 St Helen's Place, London EC3A 6AB on Friday, 17 January 2020 at 11.00am.
