results of the Seventh Consent Requests

On 19 December 2025, Thames Water Utilities Limited ("TWUL") announced the launch of its Seventh Consent Requests. Details of the Seventh Consent Requests can be found in the announcement (the "Launch Announcement") here:

Approval of the Seventh Consent Requests

TWUL announces today that the Seventh Consent Requests have been approved.

Given the approvals above, TWUL and the Super Senior Issuer will proceed with the implementation of the consents and amendments outlined in the Seventh Consent Requests.
