Thales holds a 35% shareholding in DCNS
Neuilly-sur-Seine, 23 December 2011 – Following the decision announced on 15 December 2011 to exercise its option to increase its participation in the capital of DCNS, Thales confirms that it has acquired a 10% stake in DCNS from the French State on 22 December, thereby increasing to 35% its total shareholding in DCNS. This participation will be proportionally consolidated in Thales's financial statements as from 31 December 2011.
