Olivier Bourges replaces Bruno Bézard on the Board of Directors of Thales
Neuilly-sur-Seine, 29 September 2009 - On 29 September 2009, the Board of Directors of Thales co-opted Olivier Bourges as a Director. Mr Bourges' appointment was proposed by the Public Sector to replace Mr. Bruno Bézard, General Manager of the French Government Shareholding Agency (APE).
A graduate of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration, Mr. Olivier Bourges served in the French Treasury and held various management positions in finance at Renault. He is currently Deputy General Manager of the French Government Shareholding Agency.
