This is to inform you that in furtherance of disclosure made under Regulation 10(5) of SEBI ((Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, dated December 12, 2024, we ‘The Acquirer(s)’(mentioned in the below table), forming part of the Promoter Group (post- acquisition) of Thakkers Group Ltd (formerly known as Asian Food Products Limited) have acquired the equity shares of the company by way of gift from the Transferor(s) (mentioned in the below table), in terms of the Gift Deed executed by the Transferor in the favour of Acquirer(s).

As the aforesaid transfer is eligible for exemption under regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. In this connection the necessary disclosure under Regulation 10(6) for the above said acquisition prescribed format is enclosed herewith.
