(1ST) through Video Conferencing (VC') and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM') in compliance with the circular issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The notice of the said meeting will be sent to you in due course.

Further, Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, the 2011 day of July, 2021 to Monday, 261 day of July, 2021 (both day inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose 1431d Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Monday, 26th July, 2021.
