TGS Share Repurchase
Oslo, Norway (15 September 2022) - On period from 9 September to 15 September
2022, TGS ASA (TGS) purchased 39,814 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an
average price of NOK 159.4684 per share. Following the purchase TGS owns
398,515 shares, representing 0.343% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in connection with the share repurchase announced on
19 August 2022.
