TGS - Reduction of share capital registered
OSLO, NORWAY (11 January 2024) - Reference is made to the decision by the Annual General Meeting of TGS ASA ("TGS," OSE: TGS) on 10 May 2023 to reduce the share capital with NOK 61,328.75 through the cancellation of 245,315 treasury shares held by TGS.
The share capital reduction has been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises.
The share capital of TGS is thereafter NOK 32,758,785.75 divided on 131,035,143
shares with a par value of NOK 0.25 per share.
