OSLO, Norway (25 October 2022) - Following the pre-announcement of its Q3 2022

revenues, TGS will release its entire Q3 2022 results at 7:00 am CET on 27

October 2022.

TGS will release its Q3 2022 results at approximately 07:00 CEST on 27 October

2022. CEO Kristian Johansen and CFO Sven Børre Larsen will present the results

at CEST 09:00 at the House of Oslo (the auditorium), Ruseløkkveien 34, 0251

Oslo.
