Håvard Selnes har mottatt fullmakt for 7.010.016 aksjer i forbindelse med

ordinær generalforsamling i NTS ASA 12. mai 2016. Dette utgjør 28,90 % av

utestående aksjer og stemmer i selskapet. Samtlige fullmakter er gitt uten

stemmeinstruks.
