In connection with the ongoing public offering of shares in the company's subsidiary Frøy ASA, Frøy ASA has received applications from primary insiders and close associates in the Company. NTS ASA refers to the attached document for further details of the subscriptions made. The offer price in the public offering is not fixed, and hence it is not possible to calculate volume of the subscriptions. In addition, the offer is subject to conditions and final allocation by the Board of Directors in Frøy ASA. An announcement will be made on final allocations to primary insiders and close associates upon completion of the offering. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements in Regulation EU 596/2014 article 19 number 3 and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 5-12.
