NTS ASA – Regarding delisting

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 9 January 2023 regarding appeal against the resolution to delist the shares of NTS ASA.

The appeal against Oslo Børs’ resolution has been withdrawn. Oslo Børs has decided to not maintain the resolution regarding deferral of the implementation of delisting.

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of NTS ASA from trading on Oslo Børs and has made the following resolution: “The shares of NTS ASA is delisted from Oslo Børs as of 16 January 2023. The last day of listing will be on 13 January 2023.”
