TGS Extraordinary General Meeting Held

ASKER, NORWAY (28 September 2015) - An Extraordinary General Meeting of TGS was

held on 28 September 2015.  All resolutions proposed were approved by the

shareholders.

Elisabeth Grieg was elected as a new Director of the Board in TGS-NOPEC

Geophysical Company ASA.

The minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting are attached.
