(“Textron”) issued and sold $650,000,000 principal amount of its 3.0 % Notes due June 1, 2030 (the “Notes”) pursuant to its Registration Statement on Form S-3 (No. 333-219499), including the related Prospectus dated July 27, 2017, as supplemented by the Prospectus Supplement dated March 10 , 2020. The exhibits to this Current Report on Form 8-K are hereby incorporated by reference in such Registration Statement.
