In terms of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we would like to inform you that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 27[th] February, 2024, inter-alia , to consider a proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares / preference shares / bonds / debentures / warrants or any other eligible securities through permissible modes, including but not limited to Preferential Issue, Private Placement, Qualified Institutions Placement or any equivalent capital raising mode or combination of methods as may be permitted under the applicable laws, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of shareholders of the Company.

Further, pursuant to the “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in securities of the Company” as framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from 23[rd] February, 2024 to 29[th] February, 2024 (both days inclusive) .
