We write to inform you that pursuant to the disinvestment to the extent of 10% of total shareholding of Texmaco Defence Systems Private Limited (‘Texmaco Defence’), it has ceased to be the subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 30[th] March, 2020. The total paid up Share Capital of Texmaco Defence is ₹10,00,000/-. The Company continues to hold 41% of shareholding in Texmaco Defence, post disinvestment.
