• i. Re-designation of Mr. Kishor Kumar Rajgaria, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1[st] April, 2025.

• ii. Appointment of Mr. Sandeep Kumar Sultania (ICSI Membership No. A13546) as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1[st] April, 2025.

Mr. Kishor Kumar Rajgaria, 56 years of age, is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary & Cost Accountant. He has an overall work experience of over two decades in the field of Business Planning, Taxation, Costing, Internal Audit and in Legal & Secretarial. He is currently designated as Joint Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. He was earlier associated with Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited as CFO since 2015 and Institute of Management Technologies as Deputy Group CFO.

Brief profile of Mr. Sandeep Kumar Sultania

Mr. Sandeep Kumar Sultania is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost & Management Accountant and Master in Business Finance. His educational background also includes a Master's degree in Commerce, Diploma in Information and System Audit, Certificates in International Financial Reporting Standards and SAP ERP . He maintains professional affiliations as a life member of both the Direct Taxes Professionals’ Association and VIP Road Chartered Accountant’s Association.

He has over 27 years of experience in the field of Strategic Finance, Financial planning, Financial Accounting, Fundraising, Auditing, Taxation, System automation, Secretarial and Compliance. He has earlier held senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at several prominent listed companies including Manaksia, SREI, and Emami.

Prior to joining our Company, he served as Head of Business Finance and Company Secretary at Emami Limited.
