We write to inform you that Mr. Amitabha Guha (DIN: 02836707), has resigned as an Independent Director from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 1[st] October, 2024 in view of his personal reasons.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 20l5 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7B), Mr Guha has confirmed that there is no material reason other than the reason mentioned in his communication. A copy of the resignation as received is enclosed herewith. Also, Mr. Guha does not hold directorship in any other listed entity as on date.
