• a) Mr. Sandeep Fuller (DIN: 06754262), Managing Director and Mr. Girish Chandra Agrawal (DIN: 08132434), Executive Director have resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective from the close of business on 31[st] March, 2020, owing to personal reasons.

• b) Mr. Indrajit Mookerjee (DIN: 01419627), Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 9[th] September, 2019, has now been appointed as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 2[nd] April, 2020 as per the terms & conditions approved by the Board of Directors (‘Board’) and in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Post appointment, he will not remain an Independent Director of the Board.

Mr. Mookerjee is not related to any of the Director or Key Managerial Personnel or Promoter of the Company.
