We write to inform you that in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs & the SEBI, the Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 25[th] September, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 20[th] September, 2024 to Wednesday, 25[th] September, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and also for determining eligibility for the dividend, if declared by the Members at the AGM.
