Sub: Intimation of Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting and Book Closure
We write to inform you that in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs & the SEBI, the Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company will be held on Friday, 30[th] September, 2022 at 12 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means.
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 24[th] September, 2022 to Friday, 30[th] September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and also for determining eligibility for the dividend, if declared by the Members at the AGM.
