BRIEF PROFILE OF MS. RAMYA HARIHARAN

Ms. Ramya Hariharan is a corporate lawyer with over 18 years of practice. She has experience in handling general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, projects, banking and finance matters and insolvency and restructuring matters. Ms. Ramya is also a qualified company secretary.

Ms. Ramya has advised on several acquisitions both listed and unlisted, including cross border acquisitions and transactions entailing strategic investment as well as in those involving financial investment. She has represented the buy side as well as sell side in acquisition transactions. She has also been involved in various financing transactions and closed project finance transactions over approximately Rs. 7000 crores. She also has experience in handling insolvency matters.

Ms. Ramya is currently a partner with HSA Advocates which is a full-service law firm with offices across New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata. She heads the operations of the Kolkata Office.

She is on the board of various listed and unlisted companies.
