Sub: Intimation of Eighty-First Annual General Meeting and Book Closure

We write to inform you that in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 ('Listing Regulations'), applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs & the SEBI and in view of ongoing difficulties caused by the COVID-l9 pandemic, the Eighty-X'irst Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Friday, 24th September, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means.

Pursuant to Regulation42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 18th September, 2021 to Friday, 24th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and also for determining eligibility for the dividend, if declared by the Members at the AGM.
