On April 29, 2021, Texas Roadhouse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 30, 2021. Attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release.

On April 29, 2021, the Company announced the reinstatement of a quarterly cash dividend beginning with a second quarter 2021 cash dividend. The public announcement was made by means of a press release, the text of which is set forth at Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
