(b) On November 7, 2013, the Board of Directors of Texas Roadhouse, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Celia Catlett, 37, as General Counsel effective November 12, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. eastern time. Ms. Catlett has been employed by the Company as an attorney since 2005, most recently serving the Company as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
