On December 1, 2016, the Registrant’s Board of Directors appointed Rafael R. Lizardi to become Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Registrant effective February 1, 2017, and Chief Accounting Officer effective March 1, 2017. Mr. Lizardi will succeed Kevin P. March, who will be the Registrant’s Principal Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer until March 1, 2017 . Mr . Lizardi, age 44, has served as Vice President since 2010 and Corporate Controller since 2012, and has been continuously employed by the Registrant in various positions since 2001.
