REGULATED INFORMATION

INTERIM STATEMENT November 12th, 2021

The activities of the TEXAF group in the DRC have developed as follows over the course of the 3rd quarter.

• Rents generated by the real-estate activities (renting of residential property and office space in Kinshasa) reached EUR 5.0 million over the quarter, i.e., a 3% increase over the same period of 2020. Since the start of the September school year invoicing has increased to the tune of EUR 20.5 million on a yearly basis. This confirms the almost complete absorption of vacancies, due DRC's borders being closed in 2020 to curb the diffusion of Covid-19, in particular because the 33 apartments in Bois Nobles II and the 3,200 m2 of offices in Petit- Pont have been put on the market in the meantime and have all been leased.

The group has just decided to build the largest space for start-ups and digital companies in Africa. It will be phase 3 of SILIKIN VILLAGE and will include 7,500 m2 net of offices and 4,000 m2 of services (conference rooms, co-working space, etc.). This EUR 5.5 million project has a rental potential of EUR 1.8 million per year and will be available at the start of 2023.

This project, added to Promenade des Artistes (94 apartments) announced last September, will increase the rental potential of the group by 22% from the end of 2023 on.

Silikin Village Phase 3 project

Promenade des Artistes project

CARRIGRES (sandstone quarry in Kinshasa). Revenues for the 3rd quarter amount to EUR 0.9 million, i.e., 11% more than over the same period of last year. Demand from the construction sector is growing and CARRIGRES is trying to meet it by improving its production equipment and adapting its processes.

SOCIETE ANONYME – NAAMLOZE VENOOTSCHAP

TEXAF DIGITAL has increased its leasable area for start-ups and companies interested in the digital economy by 1,000 m2 (offices and meeting rooms) in the SILIKIN VILLAGE. At the same time, the range of activities is widening with in particular a master class in business intelligence, a first cohort for a new Institute of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security, a bootcamp for the winners of the Orange POESAM competition ... Our partner KINSHASA DIGITAL ACADEMY has awarded their diplomas to the first promotion of Full Stack developers and digital referents.

TEXAF, established in 1925, is the only listed company with all its activities in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Currently, these are concentrated on property, quarries and the digital domain. This listing on the stock exchange and the resulting obligations in terms of good governance and transparency constitute a major asset of the Group for its development and for the promotion of the formal sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
