INTERIM STATEMENT

November 11th, 2022

The TEXAF Group's activities in the DRC developed as follows during the third quarter

• Rental income from the property business (residential property and office space in Kinshasa) amounted to EUR 5.5 million for the quarter, 11% higher than in the comparable period of 2021. The projects of 2021, 33 apartments in Bois Nobles Phase II, 3,000 m2 of office space in Petit-Pont and the rehabilitation of the offices damaged by fire in 2020, contributed fully to these revenues in 2022. As announced in September, the occupancy rate has returned to almost 100%.

The construction of the Group's two largest projects, SILIKIN VILLAGE phase 3 and Promenade des Artistes (94 apartments), is continuing. SILIKIN VILLAGE III has been divided into two phases, the first of which will be delivered in September 2023 and the second in 2024.

Promenade des artistes project

CARRIGRES (sandstone quarry in Kinshasa). Sales for the third quarter of 2022 amounted to EUR 1.8 million, double the figure for the same period in 2020. Both quantities (+53%) and prices (+34% in EUR) contributed to this strong growth, which is maintained in the fourth quarter.
