Departure of Dr. Hafrun Fridriksdottir, Executive Vice President, Global R&D

Dr. Hafrun Fridriksdottir, Executive Vice President, Global R&D, will be leaving Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. ("Teva"). Teva has initiated a search to identify its next head of Global R&D. Dr. Fridriksdottir plans to remain in her role until June 20, 2022 to assist with a smooth transition.
