טבע בוחנת אפשרויות אסטרטגיות לחטיבת הווטרינריה

טבע הודיעה היום כי היא בודקת אפשרויות מכירה של חטיבת הווטרינריה. בדיקה זו באה בהמשך לבחינה האסטרטגית שהחברה ערכה בשנת 2007.

טבע מפתחת, מייצרת ומשווקת מוצרים וטרינריים ייחודיים וגנריים, בעיקר בארה"ב וישראל, עבור חיות מחמד וחיות משק, כולל תרופות מרשם ותרופות ללא מרשם. חלק ממוצרי מוצרי החטיבה הווטרינרית משווקים ברחבי העולם.
