Item 8.01. Other Events

On November 24, 2025 after the close of trading on NYSE Arca, Inc., Teucrium Wheat Fund (the “Fund”) effected a one-for-five reverse share split, and post-split shares of the Fund began trading on the NYSE Arca on November 25, 2025. The reverse share split was previously announced by Teucrium Trading, LLC, the sponsor of Teucrium Commodity Trust (the “Registrant”), in a Form 8-K and press release filed by the Registrant and dated November 4, 2025. As a result of the reverse split, every five pre-split shares were automatically exchanged for one post-split share. Shareholders of the Fund otherwise entitled to fractional shares as a result of the reverse share split received cash in lieu of fractional shares. In connection with the reverse share split, the CUSIP number of the Fund’s shares changed to 88166A870. The Fund’s ticker symbol, “WEAT,” remains the same.
