APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION MAURIZIO VECCHIONE

Tetratherix Limited (ASX: TTX) (Tetratherix) , a developer of novel clinical products based on its patented biomaterial polymer platform technology, is pleased to announce the confirmation of the appointment of Mr Maurizio Vecchione as an independent non-executive director.

Mr Vecchione has obtained the required director identification number ( DIN ) from the Australian Business Registry Services and has provided a consent to act as a director to the Tetratherix Board.

About Maurizio Vecchione

Mr Vecchione is the Chief Innovation Officer of the Terasaki Institute for Biomedical Innovation and General Partner at AdAstral Funds, he is also named on multiple patents filed in the United States related to material and nano-bio-polymers.

Mr Vecchione has spent the last 30 years at the forefront of biomedicine. He has helped build nine startups and launch more than 50 commercial products spanning health technologies and material sciences. His prior experience includes being Chief Executive Officer at Arrogene Nanotechnology, CompuMED, Trestle and multiple other science companies.

Mr Vecchione was included as a proposed director in the prospectus lodged with ASX in June 2025.

Mr Vecchione noted :
