Changes in board composition

The board member Katherine H. Støvring has notified the board of directors of her resignation from the board of directors for personal reasons.

"On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to thank Ms. Støvring for her valuable contributions to Tethys Oil and for her much appreciated work on the board of directors, where she has served since 2012," said the chairman of the board of directors, Dennis Harlin.

At the time of her resignation, Katherine H. Støvring served on the board's audit and remuneration committees. The resignation is effective as of today.
