Notice of change in share capital
Cagliari, 01/04/2025
Tessellis S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Tessellis"), further to its communication of March 28, 2025 and subsequent filing on April 1, 2025 with the Companies' Register of Cagliari with the Companies' Register of Cagliari of the certificate referred to in Article 2444 of the Italian Civil Code, announces the new amount of its share capital.
The capital change was executed by virtue of the request for subscription, by the shareholder ShellNet S.p.A., of the second tranche of the Capital Increase reserved to it, which was resolved on 19 December 2025 and already partially executed, for €7 million, in December 2024.
