Tessellis S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Tessellis"), following today's filing with the Cagliari Companies' Register of the certificate referred to in Article 2444 of the Italian Civil Code, announces the new amount of its share capital.

The change in capital was executed by virtue of the request for the conversion, submitted on June 2, 2023 by Nice&Green S.A. ("N&G"), of ten bonds (No. 31 - 40) of the convertible and converting bond loan (subscribed on April 24, 2023), against which 2,407,666 new Tessellis ordinary shares, without par value, listed with ISIN IT0005496473, were issued on June 5, 2023.
It should be noted that the conversion price identified on the basis of contractual agreements was 0.415 euros.
