Tiscali: FILING OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' PACT EXTRACT
Cagliari, 25 September 2015
Tiscali announces that the new pact signed between the reference shareholders of Tiscali Group and the Aria Group was published in abridged form on the site of Investors' Relations Company www.tiscali.com and is also available to the public on authorized storage platform SDIR-NIS of Borsa Italiana (Italian Stock Exchange).
The above mentioned pact relates to, among other things, commitments to vote by reference and only in the Tiscali Shareshoders' Meetings to be convened after the effective date of the merger to be examined by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the company.
The aforementioned pact, in full, was also notified Consob and filed with the office of the Registrar of Companies of Cagliari.
