CALENDAR OF MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TISCALI S.P.A. FOR THE YEAR 2017

• Approval of the Annual Financial Statements Statements at December 31, 2016 Monday, March 27, 2017, 15:00. • Approval of the Interim Report of the Company at June 30, 2017 Tuesday, September 12, 2017, 15:00.

The dates and time mentioned above should be considered indicative. Every meeting will be convened according to the Article of Association. The meetings will take place, if possible, at the offices of the Company in Milan, Viale Forlanini 21-23. Under the Articles of Association, it is allowed to participate in Board meetings by teleconference or videoconference.

• Approval of the Annual Financial Statements 31 December 2016 Single call: Friday, April 28, 2017, 11:00 am.
