TISCALI, MODIFICA DEL CALENDARIO EVENTI SOCIETARI TISCALI, CHANGE OF THE COMPANY FINANCIAL CALENDAR
Tiscali informa che, alla luce delle recenti modifiche legislative, non pubblicherà più il resoconto intermedio di gestione relativo al primo e al terzo trimestre dell'esercizio mantenendo solo la divulgazione integrale dei risultati per il semestre e l'esercizio.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione previsto per il prossimo 12 maggio 2016 resterà in calendario ma non avrà più, pertanto, all'ordine del giorno l'approvazione del resoconto intermedio di gestione al 31 marzo 2016.
Il Gruppo comunica la seguente modifica del calendario eventi societari per l'anno 2016:
Il management di Tiscali ritiene che tale decisione consentirà di focalizzare maggiormente il Gruppo sulle strategie di lungo termine e che la comunicazione dei risultati economico-finanziari su base semestrale permetterà di meglio rappresentare l'evoluzione del business.

Tiscali informs that, in light of recent legislative changes, will no longer publish the interim report on operations at the first and third quarter, keeping only full disclosure of the financial report about results for the six months and the full year.
The Board of Directors' meeting scheduled for May 12, 2016 will remain in the calendar, but will not have, therefore, on the agenda the approval of the interim report as at March 31, 2016.

The management of Tiscali believes that this decision will allow the Group to focus more on long-term strategies and that the disclosure of financial results on a six month basis will better represent the evolution of the business.
