The Company informs that the Information Paper prepared pursuant to art. 70 c. 6 Issuers Regulation (and related annexes) relating to the Extraordinary Shareholders' meeting - with unique call set for 29 September - have been published on the Italian stock Exchange and on the company's website www.tiscali.com (Governance section).
