Change of company name from Tiscali S.p.A. to Tessellis S.p.A. – new ticker

Cagliari, January 19, 2023

Notice is hereby given that the resolution passed by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of January 10, 2023 and having as its object the change of the Company name from Tiscali S.p.A. to Tessellis S.p.A., was registered today at the competent Company Registry of Cagliari.

The Company's updated bylaws can be found at www.tessellis.it.

Shareholders are informed that the share ticker will be renamed "TSL" as of January 20, 2023.
