Concerning the Shareholders's Meeting called for next February 16, the Company informs that the following documents are made available to the public at the Company headquarters and the site www.tiscali.com, governance section, and at the Italian Stock Exchange:

• i) the list of candidates for the position of Director, accompanied by the information and documents required by laws and regulations;
• ii) the list of candidates for the position of Auditor, together with the information and documents required by laws and regulations in force.
• iii) the report of the independent auditors on the issue shares price related to the capital increase referred to in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the agenda of the Meeting

The list of candidates for the position of Director includes: Renato Soru, Riccardo Ruggiero, Alexander Okun, Konstantin Yanakov, Nikolay Katorzhnov, Paola De Martini, Anna Belova, Franco Grimaldi, Alice Soru. Franco Grimaldi, Paola De Martini e Anna Belova have the requisits provided by law in order to be Indipendent Directors.

The list of candidates for the position of Auditor includes: Paolo Tamponi, Emilio Abruzzese, Valeria Calabi as effective auditor, Federica Solazzi Badioli e Augusto Valchera as alternate auditors.

The documentation required by the regulations has already been made available both at the Company's premises and Borsa Italia Stock Exchange, and published today on the Company's website at www.tiscali.com
