Tiscali denies the alleged operations

Cagliari, February 22, 2018

With regard to the press rumours concerning the acquisition of Tiscali's shareholdings by Fastweb, the company underscores that it is not aware of any ongoing negotiation.

It also highlights that any alleged agreement between the two companies in relation to actions towards other operators is groundless.
